How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping is always free and includes tracking, so you can follow your order all the way.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us at pawnorth@hotmail.com to start your return. Once we've received it, we refund you within 10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no extra cost.
